Location: Remote-friendly with offices in San Francisco, Boston, New York, Toronto, London, Paris, Montreal, and Seoul.

Compensation: $330,000 – $410,000 (USD) for US-based candidates.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy, including roadshows and investor presentations.
• Lead the creation of financial and valuation models to inform messaging and strategic positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional, strategic, and public equity investors.
• Partner with the finance team to distill complex metrics into clear narratives for stakeholders.
• Lay the groundwork for IPO readiness, including regulatory compliance and public-market messaging.
• Monitor competitor funding and AI industry dynamics to refine market positioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or strategic finance at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record working with venture capital and public equity markets.
• Strong financial modeling and storytelling ability.
• Executive-level written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in AI/ML or enterprise software is preferred.
