What you will do

• Manage financial forecasting and investor relations, building and maintaining the primary financial model for the business.
• Utilize SQL to decode data and uncover insights to drive margin optimization, product innovation, and growth.
• Bridge the gap between data and strategy by analyzing partnership opportunities and monitoring key metrics.
• Design and maintain dynamic tools and dashboards to empower sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes and documentation to increase efficiency as the company grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or consulting at a fast-growing company.
• Proven experience in quantitative or data-intensive environments (finance, trading, or analytics).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems (e.g., Rillet, Quickbooks, Ramp).
• Must be located in New York City or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI agent products, workflows, or infrastructure.
• Experience working at an early-stage company, specifically within B2B fintech or BaaS spaces.
