What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support headcount planning to ensure alignment with hiring plans and budgets.
• Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, and planning infrastructure.
• Perform strategic analysis on business performance, resource allocation, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with Accounting to improve data accuracy and reporting consistency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Strong experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
• Demonstrated success improving financial models and planning processes.
• Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with effective stakeholder management abilities.
