FP&A Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: US, Remote

Salary: $149,850–$180,000 annually, plus equity in the form of stock options.

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity product company developing NodeZero, a platform for production-safe autonomous penetration testing and security assessment operations.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Customer, and Marketing organizations on strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Own budgeting and forecasting lifecycles for go-to-market teams and lead headcount planning.
• Align resource plans with ARR goals across hiring, programs, vendors, travel, systems, and operating expenses.
• Analyze commission expenses, rates, and trends to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare reporting packages and analyses for operating reviews and forecast cycles.
• Improve planning models, reporting infrastructure, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and planning tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related analytical field.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, monthly reporting, and financial modeling.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and translate operating metrics into recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with comfort using FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Must be based in the US for this remote role.

• Experience in SaaS or a high-growth technology environment.
• Experience supporting Sales, Customer, Marketing, or other customer-facing organizations.
• Experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or a similar planning platform.
