TL;DR

Lead Solutions Consultant (AI/SaaS): Designing and architecting technical solutions for enterprise revenue teams using agentic AI and conversation intelligence with an accent on high-value deal strategy and C-suite alignment. Focus on leading Proof of Value (POV) engagements, mentoring other consultants, and translating complex business processes into scalable AI-driven workflows.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $164,000 – $207,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders (CROs, COOs, CTOs) to influence technical direction.
  • Own technical strategy for high-value enterprise deals, including discovery and solution design.
  • Lead outcome-based demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
  • Mentor and coach other Solutions Consultants on demo execution and strategic selling.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap and AI agent capabilities.
  • Create scalable demo assets, vertical playbooks, and industry-specific solution stories.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience.
  • 3+ years in SaaS enterprise environments focused on CRM or revenue orchestration.
  • Proven success leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing C-suite alignment.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI-driven sales processes.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC, Demo2Win, and value-based selling frameworks.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with hirify.global AI Agents (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent).
  • Salesforce certifications.
