TL;DR

Director, Sales Enablement (Fintech): Building a gold-standard enablement function from scratch to power revenue growth with an accent on onboarding, buyer expertise, and sales methodology. Focus on codifying top-performer patterns, integrating AI tools into GTM workflows, and scaling the sales organization.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY (Hybrid: Tuesdays and Thursdays in-office)

Salary: $190,000–$210,000 (OTE)

hirify.global is a Series B fintech startup building the infrastructure that powers complex credit relationships and warehouse transactions for the world's largest financial institutions.

What you will do

  • Build and own the end-to-end onboarding infrastructure to accelerate AE time-to-productivity.
  • Develop rigorous training programs on asset-backed finance and buyer personas for key stakeholders.
  • Analyze Gong and win/loss data to codify discovery guides, objection-handling frameworks, and playbooks.
  • Implement AI tools and prompt frameworks to drive GTM productivity.
  • Define and report on key enablement metrics including ramp time, certification completion, and tool adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in sales or revenue enablement.
  • Proven track record of building enablement programs from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business cases.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI to GTM strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Bias for action and extreme ownership.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, capital markets, structured credit, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodologies.
  • Prior experience hiring or managing an enablement team.
