TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Manager (AI): Driving revenue and building strategic partnerships for an AI-powered customer experience platform with an accent on complex enterprise deal cycles and GTM strategy. Focus on identifying high-value opportunities in the healthcare sector, managing 6- and 7-figure ACV deals, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale sales motions.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote or hybrid in Atlanta, New York, or San Francisco).

Compensation: $300,000 – $345,000 + Equity + Commission.

What you will do

  • Identify and target enterprise prospects through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large accounts.
  • Lead complex negotiations and close 6- and 7-figure deal cycles.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams to deliver industry-leading solutions.
  • Help define and refine the company's early-stage GTM sales motion.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role.
  • Proven track record of managing a $1M+ quota and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Must be based in the US with authorization to work.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in prospecting and lead generation for large accounts.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the AI landscape and emerging technology trends.
  • Experience building sales teams or GTM motions from scratch in early-stage environments.
