Salary: $240,000 - $260,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end technology strategy and execution for Private Credit and Global Real Estate platforms.
- Manage and develop subordinate leaders and senior engineers delivering front-to-back investment technology solutions.
- Own and optimize core private credit platforms (e.g., Allvue Everest) and real estate ecosystems (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
- Define and execute a modern data strategy leveraging Snowflake to unify investment and operational data.
- Enable advanced analytics and AI use cases by building scalable, governed data pipelines.
- Oversee vendor strategy and ensure all solutions meet regulatory, risk, and data governance requirements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading technology organizations in financial services, with specific exposure to private markets.
- Deep expertise with private credit platforms such as Allvue Everest.
- Strong knowledge of global real estate technology platforms like Yardi, MRI, or RealPage.
- Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake.
- Ability to lead managers and senior engineers within a complex, global, matrixed organization.
- Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve investment processes.
