What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end technology strategy and execution for Private Credit and Global Real Estate platforms.
• Manage and develop subordinate leaders and senior engineers delivering front-to-back investment technology solutions.
• Own and optimize core private credit platforms (e.g., Allvue Everest) and real estate ecosystems (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
• Define and execute a modern data strategy leveraging Snowflake to unify investment and operational data.
• Enable advanced analytics and AI use cases by building scalable, governed data pipelines.
• Oversee vendor strategy and ensure all solutions meet regulatory, risk, and data governance requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading technology organizations in financial services, with specific exposure to private markets.
• Deep expertise with private credit platforms such as Allvue Everest.
• Strong knowledge of global real estate technology platforms like Yardi, MRI, or RealPage.
• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake.
• Ability to lead managers and senior engineers within a complex, global, matrixed organization.
• Experience applying AI, automation, or advanced analytics to improve investment processes.
