Salary: $186,880–$280,319, plus 25% bonus potential.

What you will do

• Own the technical strategy and architecture for distribution surfaces including affiliate engines and OTA/reseller APIs.
• Design scalable, loosely-coupled systems to iterate safely on core services.
• Establish SLOs, runbooks, and SRE practices to ensure service reliability.
• Define and monitor technical metrics for partner health and integration performance.
• Partner with Product and Commercial teams to translate business priorities into roadmaps.
• Build, coach, and scale high-performing engineering teams using best practices and AI-assisted performance tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 4 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong background in SRE, observability, and incident leadership.
• Experience designing and scaling complex distributed systems.
• Proven ability to manage velocity while balancing technical debt and long-term maintainability.
• Experience evolving legacy platforms into scalable, modern architectures.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in travel, marketplaces, or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with OTA or large-scale external partner integrations.
