Location: Remote (US). Must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government (U.S. citizens or specific residency/VISA requirements). Must operate within the Eastern time zone.

Salary: $116,250 - $155,000

What you will do

• Own roadmap development, intake-to-prioritization governance, and the sequencing of cross-team product work.
• Partner with stakeholders to define expected outcomes, hypotheses, and success criteria for data products, APIs, and AI capabilities.
• Translate user research and stakeholder needs into actionable backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate product sequencing across workstreams, including analytics experience, dashboard governance, and AI service rollout.
• Promote simple, intuitive, and accessible user experiences (Section 508, WCAG) across onboarding and public-facing products.

Requirements

• U.S. Federal Government public trust clearance (U.S. citizenship or residency in the US for 3 of the previous 5 years + valid passport/VISA).
• Must be able to work within the Eastern time zone (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading product management for data, analytics, cloud platforms, or API programs.
• Proficiency in Human-Centered Design (HCD) methods, user research, and usability testing.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal, public sector, or healthcare regulated data programs.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing data pipelines within the Databricks platform.
• Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS, or Accessibility credentials.
