What you will do

• Set a long-term vision for conversational ads on Amazon.com and beyond.
• Launch high-impact ad experiences that delight customers and drive business success.
• Manage roadmap prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, monetization, and technical lift.
• Initiate greenfield projects and drive their development from inception to deployment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Ad Tech Experience.
• Gen AI Experience.
