What you will do

• Set a long-term vision for conversational ads on hirify.global.com and beyond
• Launch high impact ad experiences that delight customers on hirify.global.com drive business success with advertisers
• Manage roadmap prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, monetization, technical and operational lift, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
• Ad Tech Experience
• Gen AI Experience
