What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for NEMT fulfillment orchestration and network automation platforms.
• Translate complex operational and technical challenges into scalable product capabilities and detailed requirements.
• Lead product discovery with operations teams, transportation partners, and vendors to identify automation opportunities.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to support API integrations, rules engines, and data flows.
• Analyze operational performance data and KPIs to prioritize investments and measure business outcomes.
• Drive change management activities to ensure successful product adoption across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise software, logistics, or healthcare technology.
• Strong expertise in product discovery, roadmap development, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data-driven products.
• Ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable product capabilities.
• Must be based in Denver, CO.
