Salary: $93,000–$116,000 + Annual Performance Bonus

What you will do

• Identify AI tool opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and translate them into practical workflows.
• Develop marketing strategy recommendations based on research and competitive analysis.
• Create high-quality, structured client presentations and decks.
• Manage project roadmaps, timelines, resourcing, and risk tracking.
• Organize client meetings, prepare agendas, and handle follow-ups.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting materials to keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, marketing, or client service environments.
• B.S./B.A. degree from an accredited 4-year university.
• Legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong ability to synthesize research into actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in building polished client-ready materials and presentations.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
