What you will do

• Coordinate local community meetups and activations in San Francisco, including invite management, RSVP tracking, and venue coordination.
• Support email campaign execution through list coordination, QA, and asset organization using tools like Iterable.
• Manage San Francisco office operations, including vendor relationships, supplies, and general upkeep.
• Execute field marketing programs by sponsoring third-party events and crafting executive experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, lifecycle, community, and brand teams to keep projects moving.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, events, or operations role.
• Based in San Francisco.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to track tasks and timelines.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency with AI tools in day-to-day work to improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as Iterable, Luma, or Looker.
• Experience working at a startup or high-growth tech company.
• Background in community coordination, developer events, or brand activations.
