Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $150,000 - $214,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead product launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts across Marketing and GTM teams.
• Drive long-term growth and adoption of high-PMF features beyond the initial launch phase.
• Act as a strategic partner to Product teams, providing competitive positioning and user insights.
• Collaborate with Enterprise PMMs and Sales to create effective sales enablement materials.
• Manage and optimize release communication channels, including newsletters and product update pages.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City and able to work from the office on Anchor Days.
• Proven experience running product launches and adoption programs in a fast-moving tech environment.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills across Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing instincts with a distinctive point of view.
• Genuine passion for AI and the future of work.
