What you will do

• Serve as the primary global subject matter expert and spokesperson for AML, FCC, KYC, and sanctions compliance.
• Monitor global regulatory developments and interpret their impact across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science teams to influence the product vision and roadmap.
• Provide executive advisory and lead strategic workshops for global financial institutions, fintechs, and regulators.
• Develop thought leadership content, publish white papers, and deliver keynote presentations at major industry events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive market awareness and articulate the ROI of compliance solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in AML, FCC, KYC, sanctions compliance, or financial crime prevention.
• Deep expertise in global regulatory frameworks across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Proven experience influencing product strategy and roadmap development.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of engaging senior executives and regulators.
• Experience leading webinars, industry presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
