Location: Must be based in New York City and work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Salary: $222,000–$245,000

What you will do

• Own the payments platform strategy, roadmap, and operations tools.
• Manage relationships and integrations with payment partners, card vendors, and bank partners.
• Drive the development of APIs and platform capabilities for safe and reliable money movement.
• Establish company-wide standards for financial compliance, reporting, and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable 0-to-1 payments products and financial use cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including owning a technical or platform product end-to-end.
• Strong systems thinking with a focus on edge cases and first-principles reasoning.
• Technical background with experience owning APIs, integrations, and data systems.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work onsite 3 days per week.

• Experience building financial or highly-regulated products.
