What you will do

  • Lead deep-dive analyses on high-priority strategic topics including marketing ROI, pricing, and GTM segmentation.
  • Own and execute high-impact initiatives from strategic incubation through to ongoing iteration.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Demand Generation to drive program outcomes.
  • Support annual and multi-year resource planning and goal setting for assigned business segments.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • Build durable frameworks and documentation to institutionalize knowledge across the Rev S&O function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies or management consulting.
  • Functional expertise in business operations, strategy, or GTM within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Strong track record of distilling complex issues into concrete, executable action plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in new domains and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
