What you will do
- Design and execute Deal Desk operations, including quoting coordination and approval workflows.
- Translate pricing and packaging decisions into Salesforce CPQ architecture to support the transition to an integrated platform model.
- Own the end-to-end renewals process, implementing automation and contract consolidation to protect incremental revenue.
- Govern pipeline management, refine stage definitions, and drive forecasting adoption and accuracy.
- Leverage AI tools and agents to automate manual processes and surface deal health signals.
- Partner with IT and Finance to deliver business reporting and actionable insights on pipeline health and forecast variance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience owning renewals processes and managing NRR/GRR performance.
- Proven ability to govern pipeline processes and drive CRM data quality across a sales organization.
- Experience supporting Deal Desk functions and designing approval workflows.
- Must be based in or able to work from Riverwoods, IL.
Nice to have
- Experience with Clari for forecasting and pipeline inspection.
- Familiarity with ERP-to-CRM integration and revenue recognition.
- Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Background in complex enterprise B2B with long sales cycles.
- Experience in EHS, ESG, or industrial safety software markets.
