What you will do

• Provide remote or on-site software installation services to ensure applications are fully functional.
• Analyze customers' existing products and map current systems to the hirify.global product.
• Consult with customers to define parameters within the software application.
• Train customers on the use and feature functionality of the application.
• Communicate customer needs and report application issues to appropriate personnel.
• Mentor and provide training to other employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience working in a bank and/or credit union.
• 2 years of item processing experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer locations, including potential weekend work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with SQL querying and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
