What you will do

• Act as the primary functional SME for the Asset Management (AM) module, managing setup, categorization, and depreciation rules.
• Lead the functional design phase by creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and implementing standard system features.
• Utilize PeopleSoft developer and reporting tools (Application Designer, SQR, SQL, BI Publisher) to support functional operations.
• Monitor, track, and tune AM batch jobs to ensure compliance with schedule modifications and validate output.
• Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and coordinate with Tier 3 managed services for complex troubleshooting.
• Facilitate collaboration across state agencies to gather requirements and synchronize ticketing systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2 and the core Asset Management module.
• 10+ years of experience using PeopleSoft developer tools including Application Designer, Integration Broker, and SQL/SQR.
• 8+ years of public sector experience supporting a large network of 30+ state government agencies.
• 8+ years of experience managing automated batch jobs and applying NIST security standards.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.
• Experience with ITIL principles and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft FSCM core modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing.
• Experience with non-core modules such as Accounts Receivable, Billing, Inventory, or Project Costing.
