What you will do

• Develop trusting relationships with customers to support enhancement requests and system-related issues.
• Test user stories and validate acceptance criteria using queries to analyze data from various applications.
• Define the scope and objectives for moderately complex system-related projects using research and fact-finding techniques.
• Coordinate updates to critical system data elements, rules, and configurable applications.
• Prepare end-user procedures, manuals, and provide training for new or changed system functionality.
• Operate within an agile environment, adhering to sprint commitments and release schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a relatable position.
• Experience working with business units to define needs and document the consequences of change.
• Experience collaborating with internal IT teams to design application solutions following IT best practices.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k and pension benefits)

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodology and transforming complex problems into user stories.
• Working knowledge of SQL, C#, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Contact Center Technology, APIM, or HP Exstream.
• Understanding of moderately complex data structures and database schemas.
