Salary: $76,500 - $112,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead coordination with customers to elicit and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with business units to support enhancement requests and resolve system issues.
• Create and run queries to validate data and test user stories against defined acceptance criteria.
• Define the scope and objectives for moderately complex system projects using research and fact-finding techniques.
• Manage and update critical system data elements and configurable applications.
• Prepare end-user procedures, manuals, and provide training for new or changed system functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a relatable position.
• Experience collaborating with internal IT teams to design application solutions that meet customer needs.
• Proven ability to define business needs and document the consequences of change.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (indicated by 401k and US benefit structures).

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodology and transforming complex problems into user stories.
• Working knowledge of SQL, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of platforms such as OpenText, Solimar, CMOD, or Hyland OnBase.
• Understanding of complex data structures and database schemas.
