What you will do

• Determine and define project scope, objectives, and specifications.
• Coordinate IT tickets and participate in testing for both enhancements and support issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business value and risk.
• Analyze and recommend system process improvements for the full policy life cycle.
• Perform data analysis across source systems and business intelligence applications.
• Communicate business and system requirements clearly to solution delivery teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in an approved US state (AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA).
• 2-5 years of experience as a systems analyst.
• Solid understanding of personal insurance products, coverage, claims, and underwriting.
• Experience in business process analysis and data profiling.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple monitors and software applications.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience as an insurance underwriter.
• Specific experience in Personal Auto insurance.
