Salary: $63,741 - $86,238 per year

What you will do

• Provide front-line process and system support for investment staff, systems, and processes.
• Partner with IT to improve the reliability and effectiveness of shared vendor systems.
• Collaborate with customers to capture business priorities and evolving needs.
• Oversee the successful movement of key data through complex systems and processes.
• Serve as a liaison to IT for the development, implementation, and maintenance of assigned systems.
• Partner with Reporting Analysts to develop effective reports and efficient reporting methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in the asset management industry.
• Must be able to work on-site in Minneapolis, MN at least three days a week.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CFA, CIPM, or an MBA.
• Experience with Bloomberg, PAM, or Markit EDM.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Knowledge of R, Python, or ability to navigate legacy VBA code.
