What you will do

• Manage and monitor credit card risk strategy and limit policies using ML and AI models.
• Develop and manage the NPV model for the product.
• Collaborate with business departments on product conditions, tariffs, and acquisition channel profitability.
• Design, test, and validate hypotheses regarding feature impact and process changes.
• Build analytical frameworks and tools for comprehensive, scalable reporting.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in risk or product analytics.
• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong understanding of mathematical statistics and machine learning concepts.
• English level B1 or higher required for international communication.

Nice to have

• Understanding of retail risk management principles (adverse selection, vintage analysis).
• Knowledge of credit card unit economics.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
