Product Analyst Lead (Fintech)

Location: Mexico; hybrid work from the office

hirify.global is building a new bank in Latin America from scratch.

What you will do

• Own the analytical infrastructure or analytics for a product across PyME Origination, Customer Care, X-Sell, or Antifraud.
• Track product performance and key metrics while serving as the main analytical partner for stakeholders.
• Conduct research and translate insights into decisions and technical analytical tasks.
• Design and scale operational processes, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
• Run A/B tests, optimize rules, and improve model performance.
• Hire, mentor, and lead analysts while establishing sprint planning and team processes.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools.
• Experience building and scaling processes in fast-paced environments.
• English proficiency at B1 or higher is required.
