What you will do

• Take ownership of the analytical infrastructure and be responsible for the product's performance and key metrics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders to ensure decisions are based on deep research.
• Design and scale operational processes, CJM, and conversion funnels to improve business efficiency.
• Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize rules, and enhance model performance.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of analysts, establishing effective sprint planning and team processes.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking.
• Advanced SQL skills are mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical analytical tasks.
• English proficiency (B1+) required for collaboration within an international community.

• Proficiency in Python or R for performing complex research.
