What you will do

• Own end-to-end product GTM strategy and execution for hirify.global Ads products from pre-launch to adoption.
• Influence the Ads Product Roadmap by representing the voice of advertisers and sellers.
• Build verticalized, outcomes-oriented solutions for sectors like retail, QSR, auto, and CPG.
• Drive sales enablement by creating training, narratives, and collateral for field sellers.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.

Requirements

• 12+ years in digital advertising with significant leadership experience in GTM or product marketing.
• Proven track record as a senior cross-functional leader at the director level.
• Experience building verticalized ad solutions or outcomes-based products from the ground up.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong product sensibility paired with commercial acumen and a history of influencing roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
