Salary: $160,000–$210,000

What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise AI innovation strategy aligned with business priorities and customer outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases to drive growth, efficiency, and competitive differentiation.
• Own and manage a multi-horizon AI innovation roadmap across experimentation, pilots, and scalable solutions.
• Lead AI experimentation and prototyping efforts through an Innovation Lab.
• Establish frameworks for rapid prototyping, solution validation, and vendor evaluation.
• Build and manage external AI ecosystems, including partnerships with startups, VC firms, and research institutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in innovation, digital transformation, or emerging technology roles with strong AI/ML exposure.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, machine learning concepts, and data-driven product development.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale innovation initiatives and translate ideas into scalable business solutions.
• Experience building and managing external partnerships across venture ecosystems or research organizations.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and communicating complex AI concepts.

• Advanced degree (MBA or technical discipline).
• Experience in regulated or complex industries, such as financial services.
