Senior Director, Product (AdTech): Leading the product management and design organizations to shape the future of the platform with an accent on strategic vision, market positioning, and AI-driven innovation. Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence in the downtown Toronto office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Compensation: $215,000 – $240,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop and evolve the product vision, identifying market opportunities and industry trends to guide roadmap priorities.
- Lead and coach a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee product planning and investment decisions, balancing customer needs with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders to maintain deep market insights.
- Evaluate and develop strategic partnerships across data, identity, measurement, and AI ecosystems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align product investments with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading Product Managers and cross-functional teams in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Deep AdTech expertise with a strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, retail media, or measurement workflows.
- Proven ability to balance long-term strategic vision with tactical roadmap execution.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience evaluating partnership opportunities and developing business cases.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, capable of presenting strategy to executive leadership and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Must be able to work on-site in Toronto, Canada, three days per week.
