Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 USD Annual

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of field sales personnel to execute regional and national sales strategies.
  • Drive credit program utilization and increase client adoption across the assigned territory.
  • Implement effective measurement and reward systems to optimize sales team productivity and manage expenses.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations departments to develop materials and systems for client growth.
  • Manage C-suite relationships and present strategies to large audiences.
  • Perform field visits and co-travel with sales personnel to provide guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Must be located in AZ, CA, OR, TX, UT, or WA.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant sales management experience (or 8+ years with HS diploma).
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a regional or multi-location capacity.
  • 3+ years of territory sales or marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce or similar analytical tools.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight and weekends.
