What you will do
- Retain clients and maintain sustainable relationships while expanding service offerings.
- Drive renewals and execute end-to-end expansion sales within the customer base.
- Partner with clients to create account plans that reflect strategic business objectives.
- Identify key success measures and manage account performance against established plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve program results and ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and strategic planning to client teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- 5+ years of industry experience in HCM, Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or Healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience working with National Accounts in strategic selling or customer service.
- Proven ability to lead via influence in a matrixed leadership environment.
- Exceptional presentation skills at the VP level.

- Proven ability to work under pressure with resilience and tenacity.
