What you will do

  • Retain clients and maintain sustainable relationships while expanding service offerings.
  • Drive renewals and execute end-to-end expansion sales within the customer base.
  • Partner with clients to create account plans that reflect strategic business objectives.
  • Identify key success measures and manage account performance against established plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve program results and ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership and strategic planning to client teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in HCM, Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or Healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working with National Accounts in strategic selling or customer service.
  • Proven ability to lead via influence in a matrixed leadership environment.
  • Exceptional presentation skills at the VP level.

  • Excellent knowledge and utilization of Salesforce for pipeline and account management.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to leverage resources to resolve customer issues.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with resilience and tenacity.
