What you will do

• Coordinate across R&D, Product, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to track and align key initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics in AI, genomics, and therapeutics to inform decision-making.
• Establish operating rhythms, manage deliverables, and provide visibility into progress across the organization.
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, internal planning, and leadership-driven special projects.
• Manage external stakeholder engagements and partnership efforts, including materials preparation and coordination.
• Provide structured analysis and execution support for high-priority, ambiguous problems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 4–7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting within life sciences, healthcare, or technology.
• Strong scientific literacy and understanding of oncology or immunology required.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in life sciences for discovery and clinical development.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-through across diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MS, or PhD preferred.
