What you will do

  • Own team revenue objectives, including new business acquisition, renewals, and expansion targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Account Executives and Account Managers to maximize performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure long-term retention.
  • Drive platform adoption by monitoring engagement metrics, including AI feature usage and active user growth.
  • Deliver performance reporting to senior leadership and ensure CRM data integrity.
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to influence future product enhancements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS direct sales leadership and customer success.
  • Proven track record in life sciences or pharmaceutical regulatory industries.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of eQMS market and regulatory/compliance frameworks for life sciences.
