What you will do
- Own team revenue objectives, including new business acquisition, renewals, and expansion targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Account Executives and Account Managers to maximize performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure long-term retention.
- Drive platform adoption by monitoring engagement metrics, including AI feature usage and active user growth.
- Deliver performance reporting to senior leadership and ensure CRM data integrity.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to influence future product enhancements based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS direct sales leadership and customer success.
- Proven track record in life sciences or pharmaceutical regulatory industries.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership capability with experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
