TL;DR

Strategic Account Rep I (Medtech): Managing and growing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts in infusion therapy, nutrition, and clinical procedure products with an accent on consultative relationships and strategic alignment. Focus on prospecting new leads, delivering solution presentations, and supporting product evaluations and conversions to exceed sales targets.

Location: Remote, ideally reside in the Los Angeles, CA area. Essential to be present in-person at customer sites (hospitals, clinics). Occasional overnight travel required. Valid driver's license and passport needed.

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 (Plus Incentive Compensation and Company Vehicle)

What you will do

  • Represent and promote full portfolio of IV Systems, Nutrition, and Clinical Procedure products to established customers and new prospects.
  • Call on decision makers including Pharmacists, Nurses, Physicians, Supply Chain, and Hospital Administrators to position products for evaluation and purchase.
  • Prospect and qualify territory for new leads through in-person and remote sales calls.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new sales opportunities to achieve or exceed quota.
  • Collaborate with regional team members and third parties to grow sales and market share.
  • Prepare financial analyses, proposals, competitive analyses, and effective presentations for customers and hospital committees.
  • Support product evaluations and conversions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of medical device sales experience preferred.
  • Full working knowledge of business practices in professional field; uses experience and judgment to accomplish goals under general supervision.
  • Must comply with Healthcare Customers' requirements including vaccinations (COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B), background checks, and drug screening for vendor credentialing.
  • Valid driver's license, passport, and ability to travel occasionally overnight.
