Salary: $85,000-$120,000 plus benefits; variable compensation up to $20,000

What you will do
- Consult with healthcare partners and clinicians to identify solutions using Masimo products, measurements, and data to automate patient management across the continuum of care.
- Partner with the Masimo Account Manager to develop and execute strategy supporting customer strategic initiatives and territory sales objectives.
- Advise on workflow solutions to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency.
- Identify and expand opportunities for Masimo solutions within large hospitals and health systems.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and product support.
- Lead or support on-site implementations, evaluations, and additional projects as a Project Management/Lead Clinical Specialist/Clinical Specialist Resource.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- PC literate; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Ability to travel extensively (overnight travel required; 50% or more) and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license meeting company insurance requirements.
- Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (preferred) and at least 2 years of critical care or related clinical experience (preferred).
