What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Managers focused on top-tier Pharmaceutical and Agency clients to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
  • Drive the effective implementation of customer engagements and act as the main escalation point for program objectives and needs.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and monthly reporting to reinforce ROI and program value.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and drive lead generation and account expansion (upsell/cross-sell) opportunities.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to provide the "voice of the customer" to GTM Strategy, Product Management, and Analytics teams.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor team KPIs and ensure accuracy of internal operations dashboards.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a team lead within customer success.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management.
  • Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or TaskRay.
  • Strong ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition and solve problems creatively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
