Location: Must be based in the United States or within US time zones (approximately 10–20% travel expected)

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Partner directly with customers to uncover business operations, user workflows, and success criteria.
• Translate complex requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and implementation-ready specifications.
• Lead design direction for customer deployments to ensure intuitive and consistent operational experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to convert real-world use cases into reusable product patterns.
• Facilitate design reviews with stakeholders to align expectations and accelerate decision-making.
• Share customer insights with product teams to influence the roadmap and develop repeatable platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, ERP, or developer platforms.
• Proven ability to design complex workflow-based products for multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong customer-facing skills, including facilitating discovery sessions and presenting concepts.
• Systems-thinking mindset with experience creating reusable components and design systems.
• Technical fluency and experience using coding agents to create prototypes and collaborating via pull requests.
• Based in the United States or within US time zones.

Nice to have

• Background designing ERP, supply chain, inventory, order management, finance, or commerce solutions.
• Experience with low-code, no-code, composable, or developer-focused platforms.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, or customer onboarding.
• Experience maintaining or contributing to component libraries and design systems.
