Compensation: $195,000 – $268,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design legible, multi-service system views that help developers understand complex dependencies.
• Create high-density observability interfaces for logs, metrics, and events across environments.
• Develop safe, coordinated deployment and rollback models for complex application architectures.
• Own the design of error states, build failures, and recovery paths to guide users to success.
• Craft a first-run experience that builds immediate trust and platform adoption.
• Contribute to design-led discovery and platform strategy through weekly critiques.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in complex, high-stakes product design.
• Strong information architecture skills with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end journey design.
• Fluent in developer language including services, CI/CD, and deployment concepts.
• Obsessive attention to detail regarding typography, spacing, and interaction feedback.
• Ability to work effectively within and contribute to a growing design system.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship is generally not available).

Nice to have

• Experience designing dashboards, monitoring tools, or console interfaces.
• Technical background such as running side projects, debugging production systems, or on-call experience.
• Design-engineering literacy with comfort in code, motion, or prototyping.
• Interest in exploring agentic workflows and AI-assisted design.
