What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows from problem definition to shipped solution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver scalable implementations.
• Translate customer needs and research insights into clear user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI.
• Incorporate AI into daily design practice and design AI-assisted workflows at a systemic level.
• Balance speed and iteration with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality.
• Contribute to the design system, mentor peers, and serve as a trusted design voice within the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Strategic IC mindset with the ability to decide which problems matter and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Experience shaping AI-assisted workflows at a systemic level.
• Track record of influencing senior Product and Engineering leadership.
• Ability to set a high bar for craft and consistency while shipping incrementally.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other designers.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for audit, accounting, compliance, or other regulated domains.
• Background in workflow-heavy, document-centric, or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience building or scaling design systems and team-wide processes.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices at scale.
