What you will do

• Develop compelling product and brand stories tailored for ecommerce, DTC, and retail channels.
• Coordinate go-to-market planning and product launches in collaboration with Global Marketing and IMC teams.
• Analyze category trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate insights into clear messaging, creative briefs, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create sales enablement materials, including presentations and storyboards to support retailer sell-in.
• Partner with Consumer Insights and Finance to validate product propositions and set fiscal targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the CPG industry.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, messaging, and communication execution.
• Highly analytical ability to mine and interpret data to drive business decisions.
• Proven project management skills with experience navigating a complex cross-functional matrix.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
