What you will do

• Drive day-to-day execution of assigned global brand strategy and transformation workstreams.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured plans, tasks, and high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of decks, trackers, and strategy documentation.
• Monitor progress and adoption of brand strategy processes, identifying and resolving risks or gaps.
• Coordinate across Brand, Franchise, Creative, Commercial, and Strategy partners to ensure aligned execution.
• Facilitate working sessions, governance forums, and leadership reviews.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy, analytics, brand operations, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience supporting planning cycles, transformation initiatives, or cross-functional programs.
• Strong analytical rigor, synthesis skills, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability in structured execution, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be located in or able to work from El Segundo, California
