What you will do

• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily.
• Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos.
• Effectively tell the hirify.global story and align solutions with business objectives.
• Acquire key prospect data and ensure clean, accurate data in CRM.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and closed deals.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in office Monday-Friday (Lehi HQ).
• 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience (seasonal, D2D, inside sales).
• Strong work ethic, drive, and eagerness to learn.
