Sales Development Representative (In-Office Lehi, Utah)

Location: In-office Monday through Friday at the Lehi, Utah headquarters

What you will do

• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Make strategic outbound calls and send emails daily.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to schedule prospect calls, meetings, and demos.
• Communicate the hirify.global story and align AI employee solutions with business objectives.
• Research prospects, collect relevant data, and maintain clean, accurate CRM records.
• Keep up to date with the industry and technology landscape while meeting monthly quotas for qualified appointments, demos, and closed deals.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the Lehi HQ office Monday through Friday.
• Six months to two years of outbound sales experience, including seasonal, door-to-door, outbound, or inside sales.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and eagerness to learn.
• A four-year degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
