Compensation: $300,000 – $400,000 OTE + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead complex negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
- Must be based in France
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Extensive experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
