Location: Must be based in France

Compensation: $300,000 – $400,000 OTE + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts to ensure consistent deal flow.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead complex negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
