What you will do
- Represent the company at major national healthcare conferences and tradeshows.
- Own and achieve a revenue quota by converting event leads into long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current partners.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies based on market trends and conference insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize event ROI.
- Track and report on pipeline, conference outcomes, and partnership KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to engage healthcare executives and investors.
- Polished presentation skills for both in-person and virtual settings.
- Commitment to 50% national travel for conferences and partner meetings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
