Salary: $144,000 – $170,000 (plus equity and commission).

What you will do

  • Represent the company at major national healthcare conferences and tradeshows.
  • Own and achieve a revenue quota by converting event leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current partners.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies based on market trends and conference insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize event ROI.
  • Track and report on pipeline, conference outcomes, and partnership KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to engage healthcare executives and investors.
  • Polished presentation skills for both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Commitment to 50% national travel for conferences and partner meetings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
