What you will do

• Develop compelling product and brand stories tailored for ecommerce, DTC, and retail channels.
• Coordinate go-to-market planning and product launches in collaboration with Global Marketing and IMC teams.
• Analyze category trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate research insights into clear messaging, creative briefs, and marketing campaigns.
• Create sales enablement materials, including presentations and collateral to support retailer sell-in.
• Manage multiple projects and participate in post-launch evaluations to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the CPG industry.
• Strong proficiency in brand strategy, messaging, and communication execution.
• Proven ability to leverage consumer insights for effective campaigns and product launches.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent project management and presentation abilities.
• Must be based in Needham, MA, United States
