What you will do

• Own and execute the global field marketing strategy, including conferences, executive experiences, and regional initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end planning and coordination of global events aligned with pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to create programs that drive engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Develop and manage lead capture processes to ensure accurate tracking and visibility of event-generated pipeline.
• Analyze and report on event performance, ROI, and lead conversion to optimize future initiatives.
• Scale field marketing processes and best practices as the company grows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven track record of executing global marketing programs from strategy to execution.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and pipeline creation.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven approach to analyzing results and optimizing programs.
