What you will do
- Own the primary commercial success metric: total qualified pipeline value generated across all regional brands.
- Develop and execute a coherent regional brand strategy to establish authority in the US market.
- Manage a discretionary regional marketing budget to drive high-impact opportunities and cross-brand initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction and dotted-line leadership to marketing managers across the portfolio.
- Align marketing activities with sales leadership to ensure commercial outcomes and clear attribution.
- Translate competitive intelligence into actionable positioning and messaging for the group.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in enterprise B2B technology, connectivity, telecom, IoT, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth with clear commercial accountability.
- Experience operating across multiple brands or business units simultaneously.
- Strong ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.
- Established network and credibility in the US enterprise technology or connectivity market.
- English: C1+ proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-driven buyer discovery and LLM-mediated marketing.
