Salary: $228,000 – $299,200

What you will do

  • Lead creative producers and traffic managers while serving as mission control for all departmental workstreams.
  • Scale the creative operations function to support enterprise-level, high-velocity business needs.
  • Evaluate and modify department SLAs, build workback schedules, and drive projects to completion.
  • Own the team’s project management system (Wrike) and core toolstack, ensuring data accuracy and clear timelines.
  • Conceptualize and build AI-native process improvements using Snowflake agentic AI products.
  • Define, track, and report on quarterly performance metrics to optimize department strategy and resourcing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing or creative operations experience, preferably in B2B technology or hyper-growth environments.
  • Proven project management expertise with high-volume pipelines using tools like Wrike.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of creative production requirements for print and digital delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communications, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Figma, Google Office Suite, and Slack.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools and workflow automation.
  • Background working within or alongside creative agencies or in-house brand teams.
