What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for 4–6 lifestyle accounts, owning the performance narrative and growth strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including paid media, SEO, content, email, and creative to ensure unified execution.
• Translate data into actionable insights, guiding clients through full-funnel performance and long-cycle buying behavior.
• Utilize proprietary AI and data tools to optimize business processes and surface performance issues proactively.
• Support the Account Director with quarterly strategy, renewal preparation, and service expansion efforts.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention rates and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and full-funnel marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution and measurement complexities.
• Ability to communicate complex, multi-channel performance stories to non-technical clients.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
