What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for Registered Dietitian applicants, managing their journey from initial interaction to offer.
- Execute outbound recruiting efforts via personalized emails and calls to attract high-priority prospects.
- Manage the recruiting inbox and provide timely, professional responses to candidate inquiries.
- Analyze key recruiting metrics to improve funnel conversion and inform overall hiring strategy.
- Collaborate with Onboarding, Marketing, and Product teams to refine and improve the candidate experience.
- Drive process improvements based on qualitative and quantitative feedback from providers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Proven experience excelling in fast-paced startups, particularly within telehealth, healthcare operations, or SaaS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engagement across phone, video, and email.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume processes without overlooking details.
